This article shows that the sixties were a time of 'free love', with changing attitudes to marriage and relationships. The fact that divorce is being legalised connotes this, and also shows that there are changing attitudes towards religion, as christians are against divorce. The image of an lingerie advert shows that they still lived in a sexist society because there is only a woman on the cover, showing that .

    A good start on all three of your 60s cover case studies notes. Targets:
    1) Make sure you include a quote for each point.
    2) Make sure you cover all from cover stories and comment on what they reveal about 1960s society.
